Leal Mind is written and maintained by the Leal Mind Editorial Team.
Here’s what that means and what we stand for.
Leal Mind started from a simple frustration: most mental health content
online is either overly clinical and hard to relate to, or oversimplified
to the point of being useless. We set out to explain what the research
actually says about stress, personal growth, and everyday mental health
struggles — in language that doesn’t require a degree to understand.
We hold every piece of content to the same standard regardless of who
writes it. The team is currently small, and we’re working toward adding
a licensed mental health professional to review clinical content — see
our Editorial Policy for exactly where that stands today.
– Accuracy over speed — every claim traces back to a real, checkable source.
– Plain language over jargon — if it needs a glossary, we haven’t
explained it well enough yet.
– Honesty about what we are — an education site, not a substitute for
therapy, diagnosis, or professional care.
– Getting better in public — we update articles when we learn we got
something wrong, and we say so.
Stress and anxiety, everyday mental health struggles, personal growth,
and practical wellness — written for people looking for a clear answer,
not a clinical textbook.
