Leal Mind is an independent mental health and personal growth education
site, founded by Anees, a psychology student. We’re not a clinical
practice, and nothing on this site is therapy, diagnosis, or medical
advice — we research what’s known about a topic and explain it in plain
language, and point you toward properly qualified professional support
when a topic calls for it.
Leal Mind is not run by a licensed therapist or psychologist, and we’re
upfront about that. Our value is in careful research, honest sourcing,
and clear writing — not personal clinical authority.
Every article starts from a real question people search for. We research
primary sources — the APA, WHO, NIMH, and peer-reviewed studies — and cite
them directly rather than asking you to take our word for it. Read our
full editorial policy here [link to /editorial-policy/].
We get things wrong sometimes. If you spot an error, email
info@lealmind.com and we’ll fix it and log the correction below the article.
